Join NEOFCA!

As Fire Chief, you have one of the toughest jobs in the country.

Responsibility for the administration of fire and life safety services in your community is extremely challenging, especially with increased service demands, budget constraints, and increased bureaucracy.

When you belong to the NEOFCA, you belong to a group of fire chiefs who share the same concerns and responsibilities that you do.  Being part of this group will help you provide the service your community needs from you!

Whether you are faced with a labor-management issue; determining how to comply with new standards, codes, or regulations; or just looking for supporting information and research on a specific topic, the answers may be in your own backyard.

The North-Eastern Ohio Fire Chiefs’ Association promotes continuing fire service education and provides opportunities to exchange ideas, practices, and experiences to better understand and address the complex issues facing fire chiefs in northeast Ohio.
