OFE Project Survey

The following is being submitted by Chief Todd Baker, who is currently submitting his membership documents, on behalf of one of his Lieutenants:

Greeting Colleagues,

My name is Brian Faulhammer and I am a Lieutenant with Madison Fire District in Madison, Ohio. I am currently working on a research paper for the Ohio Fire Executive Program.

The purpose of my research is to determine if the use of Body Worn Cameras can reduce the risks associated with incidents involving MFD and the interactions with the citizens it serves.

I have attached a link to my survey questions and I would greatly appreciate it if you can help me by taking the survey, or forwarding it to the appropriate person in your agency who takes care of your agency’s EMS/fire training, quality control, and technology.

The survey consists of 9 questions and should take no more than 5 minutes to complete. The survey is anonymous unless you choose to leave your email address to receive a copy of the results.

I sincerely appreciate your time and consideration and would ask if possible to complete in the next 30 days. Your assistance is vital in the completion of this research which will be used to develop the necessary information needed to make a determination of Body Worn Cameras at Madison Fire District.
